Return Policy

Overview
At Pro Pack Solutions Inc., we aim to make the return process as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. Please review the following guidelines to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
Eligibility and Authorization
- Notify Pro Pack Solutions Inc. within 30 days of receipt if you wish to return a product.
- Obtain a Return Authorization (RN) number before shipping any items back.
- Authorized products must be shipped within 14 days of the return authorization date.
Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted only in full case quantities. While we are flexible in shipping partial cases, we cannot accept partial case returns.
- All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and suitable for resale.
- Glass products must be returned as pallet shipments. Returns of glass items shipped via UPS or FedEx will not be accepted.
- Clearance items, special-order, custom molds, custom labels, decorated products, and any non-stock items designated as such are non-returnable.
Fees and Refunds
- Returned products are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Upon receipt and inspection of an eligible return, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the merchandise.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For orders that qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return:

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a credit less the 25% restocking fee.
